6.2% ABV - A West Coast IPA featuring new school and old school C hops. The beer begins with a malt base of 2 row and blonde roasted oats; imparting a mild biscuit flavor, slight sweetness, and nice mouthfeel. In the kettle, we featured T90 pellets of the classic C hops: Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook. Adding flavors and aromas of citrus, pine, spice, and resin. On the dry hop, we featured Cryo versions of the new C hops: Cashmere, Citra, and Cryo Pop. Adding huge flavors and aromas of tropical fruits, lemon-lime, stone fruit, and citrus! Enjoy all the finest attributes of old-school and new-school IPAs!

8% ABV - You’ll swear that we melted down a pint of sherbet and poured it right into your glass. The sweet, luscious, aromatics will grab your attention and the initial rush of pink guava sets the stage for a dazzling display of dynamic fruit flavors that come out of hiding. Juicy pink grapefruit flesh with its gentle bite combines with the intriguing depth and earthy undertones of pomegranate. Dragon fruit delivers a unique tropical twist, a vibrant hue, and elevates all of the fruit. Balanced and nuanced? Yes. But also, a whole lot of irresistible fun.

6.5% ABV - We took Mai Tai, our multiple GABF medal winning, decidedly “tropical” IPA with 100% Mosaic hops and pretty much stacked it to the rafters with juicy, aromatic mandarin oranges. And we gotta say, it absolutely rips! The blueberry and mango notes from the Mosaic tetris together seamlessly with the vibrant, sweet, floral essence of freshly peeled mandarin oranges. A subdued bitterness and a small kick of natural acidity work in tandem to balance the sweetness. And even with all of this additional fruit, it retains the light body and drinkability that Mai Tai is known for.

6% abv This bright ultra floral IPA showcases Mosaic hops from Yakima Valley,WA. Simplicity at its finest.

0.5% ABV - The complement to the Hazy had to be easy-drinking, approachable, and low calorie, yet full of flavor and authenticity. We used a combination of Cologne and Pilsner malts and Hallertau Traditional hops to create a refreshingly complex Kolsch-style ale. Its sturdy caramel malt flavor is perfectly balanced by the citrusy hops, leaving a bright and crisp finish. The quintessential embodiment of "ALL DAY. EVERY DAY."

5.8% ABV - Fruity, bubbly, off-dry

6.9% ABV - Super dry and crisp with minimal malt and high minerality, and a laser focus on the hop aroma, flavor and bitterness. We desire a hoppy ale that has enticingly pungent aromas that remind us of tropical fruit and freshly cured ganja as well as a flavor that coats the tongue with alluring hop oils that triggers a dopamine response. Hops: Strata, Talus, Simcoe and Motueka

5.7% ABV - Hopped w/Nelson, Mosaic, Simcoe and New Zealand Cascade. Collaboration with There Does Not Exist.

8.6% ABV -Double IPA with Cascade, Citra, Mosaic & Galaxy hops. Peachy - Tropical - Oh Yeah!

7% ABV -Double Dry-Hopped Hazy IPA - For Crowns and Hops, the combo of El Dorado & Motueka hops equals dopeness in a can! So, they decided to DOUBLE DRY HOP their "BPLB" Hazy IPA, and make it extra special with the addition of some Idaho 7 hops for even more darkness!! Expect an awesome expansion of the delightful hoppy, juiciness of the recently released, BPLB V3.

6.85% ABV - Inkwell IPA is packed full of Nelson, Enigma, Mosaic & Cryo Nelson hops. Collaboration with Narrative Fermentations

9.75% ABV - Brace yourself. Denogginizer is a massive Double IPA that’s sublimely hopped with an over-the-top dosing of dank, sticky, West Coast hops. With just enough malt backbone to keep the big, bold, resinous hop monster in check, be careful, you might lose your head to the Denogginizer.

6.5% ABV - Single hop American-style IPA brewed with Exp. hop #344.

9.2% ABV - A delicious reimagining of our iconic Parabola barrel-aged imperial stout, we aged a selection of Parabola for one year in premium bourbon barrels, then blended it with a complement of Velvet Merlin milk stout to create a silky mouthfeel and a more approachable ABV. Finally, we infused the beer with whole Madagascar vanilla beans, cocoa nibs and sea salt to achieve a full Salted Caramel-style drinking experience.

6% ABV - Big Papaya is an easy drinking sour beer that is heavy on the tropical flavor. We use plenty of tropical papaya to bring the beach to you.

7% ABV- Liquid Gravity IPA is a modern West Coast IPA with a bright, tropical hop character, refreshing bitterness and crisp finish. Bursting with an intense bouquet of passionfruit, guava and tangerines, this 100% Mosaic dry-hopped beer is the cornerstone of our lineup.

7% ABV - Mo' Diggity is a double dry hopped West Coast IPA brewed exclusively with our new crop year, hand selected Mosaic hops. The resulting beer is a bright, vivid expression of tangerine peel and passionfruit with a touch of dank. In typical LG fashion, the body is light and the mouthfeel is soft with a crisp finish. We really wanted to focus on the flavor and aroma with this beer so we kept the bitterness super mellow. We were super stoked to be able to participate in hand selecting our Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe hops this year and we thought it would be fun to pick one and let it shine like the superstar it is.

6.6% ABV - Havoc is a dry, danky, and resinous West Coast, just like we like them! It's combining some super expressive NZ qualities with the amped up danky Mosaic Cryo. We also got our hands on some of that delicious Nelson SubZero Hop Kief from Freestyle Farms to add another rad layer of Nelson! The nose jumps out of the glass with dank/diesel along with passionfruit and citrus. In your mouth, there are some deliciously bright flavors of gooseberry, passionfruit, kumquat, lime, mango, and berry. We left the grain bill very simple, based on pils malt, to allow the rad hop flavors to shine. The bitterness is moderate, but leaves an oily tongue coating dryness that makes this beer hard to put down.

9% ABV - This relentless, citrusy bruiser is forged from Citra, Centennial, Cascade, and Amarillo hops. Immerse yourself in mandarin juice hop flavors, escorted by mandarin zest hop aromas. Subtle stone fruit hop vibes add a touch of mystery. Embrace the shadow hops!

7% ABV - West Coast IPA

6.7% ABV - Introducing Day Moves, a new, crushable West Coast IPA that dances through your senses with vibrant flavors and aromas. Crafted with a blend of Talus, Cascade, and Citra Cryo hops sourced from the pristine Pacific Northwest, this beer takes a bold step forward, embracing a larger hot-side hop addition for an unforgettable hop-forward experience. As you crack open a can of Day Moves, the air fills with bright aromas of lime zest, lemongrass, and grapefruit peel; each sip reveals flavors of pine, bergamot orange, and apricot. Its lingering hop-coating finish is a testament to its West Coast roots, inviting IPA enthusiasts to savor the beer's bold, hoppy aftertaste.

6.6% ABV - Sunset Summit is a new murky IPA that we created using Nelson Sauvin, Cascade, and Mosaic Cryo hops along with a haze-enhancing base of flaked rye. The foundation of rye also adds a unique and subtle spiciness that complements the dank characteristics imparted by the hops. The brew stands out with its blissful aromas of orange chewy candy, dank, and papaya that are followed by mouthwatering flavors of lemon, apricot, and a touch of spice. Sunset Summit is sure to take you on a flavorful journey to new heights!

6.5% ABV - With a shared love of hops and dedication to drinkability, we teamed up with Cellarmaker Brewing to create an IPA with truckloads of hoppiness without super harsh edges. Hopped with Nelson Sauvin™, Cashmere and Simcoe® CRYO HOPS® Reefer Truck delivers notes of sweet pine, lychee, mandarin and gooseberry with an easy-drinking body and crisp finish. You know, for that cotton mouth.

15.3% ABV - Bourbon Barrel-Aged Peanut Butter Cup-Inspired Imperial Rye Stout • 15.3% ABV • Inspired by the clandestine echoes of "Project Aurora," this beer is a nod to the mysterious and elusive. House-roasted peanuts, silky-sweet chocolate, and sixty pounds of peanut butter cups were recirculated through the Darkstar November base, enveloped in its tractor beam of molasses, bourbon, and oak. Lightly carbonated with a full-bodied gravitational pull, each sip is a close encounter with interstellar decadence.

10.1% ABV - Imperial Stout aged in George Dickel Barrels for 6 months

12% ABV - Imperial stout aged in old trestle bourbon barrels.

12.5% ABV - Experience XXVII, a show-stopping blend of five barrel-aged beers created with local winemakers. This complex fusion of Bravo, Double DBA, Velvet Merkin, Dividing Time, and Rip This Joint offers bourbon-infused flavors of bittersweet chocolate, vanilla, and dark roast coffee.

13.2% ABV - The Rusty Nail begins life as The First Nail, an oatmeal stout of epic proportions with brewer’s licorice, smoked barley, and pale malt and aged on cinnamon bark. She becomes the Rusty Nail after spending 15 months in 12-year old bourbon barrels. The Rusty Nail pounds your palate, challenges your perception of all that you’ve known of beer, and leaves you wanting…another sip.

13% ABV -Prairie takes their already outstanding stout, BOMB!, then allow it to age on vanilla and espresso beans, add some chocolate, a touch of Ancho chiles, then sprinkle generously with Christmas spices. Voila! The CHRISTMAS BOMB.

7.1% ABV - Golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with tart cherries

6.0% ABV -Beatification - (Sonambic) 100% spontaneously fermented! Inoculated overnight in our koelschip using only wild yeast and bacteria, then transferred to oak barrels to slowly and naturally ferment. Notes of citrus and earthiness with a tart finish.

6.3% ABV Full-bodied IPA with very hoppy, citrus, pine, fruity notes . Nice dry, bitter finish!

8% ABV - The OG! (Double IPA) Brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, Cascade, Warrior, and Simcoe hops. Well-balanced with malt, hops, and alcohol. Slightly bitter with aromas of citrus, pine, and floral.

6.9% ABV - Ten Year Anniversary Cider made from apples, pear & quince.

19.4% ABV - Born from arguably the most miserable day in the history of The Bruery, Black Tuesday quickly became legend and lore in the craft beer community. A 16 hour brew-day, overflowing mash, burns from scalding water and frustration resulted in the base for this now legendary Imperial Stout. Founder Patrick Rue was so angry with the beer that he condemned it to Bourbon Barrels for a year. The Result? The most decadent of ales, developing deep, warming notes of vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, bourbon, dark fruit and singed oak.

6.5% ABV -Mosaic Stack is brewed with 90% Mosaic and 10% Simcoe, and embodies a more modern West Coast IPA. This easy drinking beer has a beautiful hop aromas and flavors followed by a dry hoppy finish.
