Tall Boy is a fish & chips, chowder and Northwest seafood cart, located just east of downtown Portland, OR at the Hawthorne Asylum food cart pod. We serve line-caught Alaskan wild cod as well as Oregon Albacore and Alaskan Halibut, a special cabbage slaw with mango and cilantro, and seasonal specials like clam chowder and our signature drink, the Tall Lemon - fresh squeezed, sparkling lemonade with mint & jalapeño.
