      Fuding County, Fujian Spring-harvested Da Bai leaf buds dried and layered with summer jjasmine blossoms. Floral, sweet, and smooth.

      Fengqing County, Yunnan Province Harvested from plump Da Ye (Assamica)-variety tea buds. Light and crisp with a persistent, aromatic finish.
    • ALISHAN FORMOSA OOLONG

      Fujian Province, Taiwan 80% Green Oolong, picked in the spring. Light, vegetal, and refreshing. This is our greenest of the Oolong teas we offer.
    • MI LAN XIANG HONEY ORCHID OOLONG

      Wudong, Guangdong "Nong Xiang" style, 30% oxidized & roasted. Notes of lychee, honey, and white flowers. One of our staff favorites.
