Fluffy outside and melty&creamy inside is a traditional style and totally different texture from pre-cooked deep fried style of takoyaki. Feel and taste real soul food of Osaka. Our takoyaki is made from scratch using all natural ingredients. For example, we cook chicken soup for 5hours with a lot of vegetable and fruits to use for our takoyaki batter and separately cooked umami Dashi soup (using bonito, fish and konbu seaweed) for that. Those increase more flavor and Umami for takoyaki itself and we put our original sauce before you eat. To spread takoyaki culture, we focus on selling traditional style and hope people have experience to touch new things.
