This iconic German Marzen style is brewed with only German Malts, and German Oktoberfest Yeast straight from the source! A beautiful copper colored lager the Oktoberfest has a slight clean, crisp, albeit slightly toasty or bready flavor profile. A very restrained bitterness from German ‘noble’ hops and true German lagering yeast give this beer a slight dryness, which only makes you want to have another pint, and maybe start singing the chicken dance! A pale lager made with German malt and yeast that produces an easily drinkable and tasty beer! We are honored to bring back a historic label first made in Minster, OH. ABV: 5.3% IBU: 17

The Spitfire is an English fighter from WWII, flown by courageous men, that turned the tide of the air war over Europe. In tribute to those brave acts, we created this traditional English Brown Ale with maple pecan that hits all the right notes. Dark in color and mild in flavor, raise a glass and toast the Spitfire! This full bodied traditional Irish ale recipe is dedicated to Quentin Roosevelt, son of Teddy, who was the first commander of the 36th Fighter Squadron, Osan Air Base, Republic Of Korea. The same squadron the brewer commanded. A toast to all those who defend our freedom, Harrumph! ABV: 5.5% IBU: 25.0

A New England IPA is known for its tropical fruit aroma and hazy appearance. This “juicy” beer is perfect for the summer! ABV: 6.4% IBU: 25.0

During Prohibition Uncle Gus told us he was going to the barn to milk. Turns out he was actually firing up the still out in the woods. This dark, rich ale is full of roasted flavors and has a slightly sweet finish. Cheers Gus! ABV: 5.2% IBU: 28.9

In the spirit of “community” we decided to once again bring back a Coldwater community favorite. Rooster Tail! What makes this beer special? We add Community Blend (a blend of roasted coffee beans from Columbia, Guatemala, and Brazil) Cold Brew Coffee from Rooster Joe’s Coffee Shop and a touch of salted caramel, to our already delicious Milk Stout to create a whole new tasting experience! We added more coffee this go ’round, making this brew taste more like a delicious Cold Brew Coffee than last year! Get a pint while it lasts! ABV: 5.2% IBU: 29
