Grilled thin steak. Grilled thin sliced steak marinated in beer, citrus juices, and spices. Served on corn/flour tortilla blend, and topped with mild avocado salsa, spicy red salsa, diced onions, and chopped cilantro. Substitute corn (tortilla gluten-free).

Chicken. Shredded chicken breast cooked with caramelized onions, chipotle peppers, and spices. Served on a 6" corn/flour blend tortilla and topped with mild avocado salsa, and lime crema. Lime wedges on the side.

Pork. Grilled sliced pork marinated in dried chilies, citrus juices, and spices. Served on a 6" corn/flour blend tortilla and topped with mild avocado salsa, spicy red salsa, diced onions, and chopped cilantro. Limes on the side.

Pork sausage with diced potatoes. Mexican ground sausage cooked with diced potatoes. Served on a 6" corn/flour blend tortilla, topped with mild avocado salsa, chopped cilantro, and lime crema. Lime wedges on the side. 

Mexican squash, cactus, mushrooms, cilantro, and serrano peppers sauteed in homemade salsa. Served on a 6" corn/flour blend tortilla, topped with mild avocado salsa, and lime crema. Lime wedges on the side. Vegetarian.
