Tacos Don Chai, established in 2020, is a family-owned restaurant dedicated to authentic Mexican cuisine. Named after founder Bryan Gonzalez’s grandfather, Don Chai, it began as a backyard venture and grew into a beloved local spot built on passion, tradition, and hard work. Located in the industrial part of Martinez, we take pride in using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored recipes. From our brisket birria tacos and rich consommé to our house-made salsas, every dish is crafted with care and packed with flavor. More than a restaurant, we are a community.
