Since 1997, we have been serving up the best in California Fusion--our ingredients are the freshest we can source. Pacific seafood, local produce, Morro Bay avocados, Mexican proteins (carnitas, pollo, asada), vegan black beans, Cajun spices, vegan rice. All served on a Mexican platform. Our desserts are all made in house! What's missing? Cans, lard, and freezers.
