This is the Brake Pad Platter (known as a Taquiza in Mexico). We serve your choice of meat in an aluminum tray, so that each person can assemble their own tacos. Papas Poblanas are a savoring dish and a vegetarian's delight. This recipe is originally from the region of Puebla, Mexico. Papas Poblanas are a mixture of Potatoes, Spinach, Cheese, Ancho Chiles and Mexican Sour Cream.

This order comes with 12 delicious Sopes made in-house with fresh "masa" (corn dough). They are crafted into small circles with raised edges to form a small bowl. Each sope is then layered with Beans and your choice of: Carne Asada, Al Pastor, Chicken, Shredded Beef, or Papas Poblanas. They are topped with Lettuce, Pico De Gallo, Mexican Cream Sauce and Monterey Cheese

The Shaft Burrito is filled with your choice of Al Pastor, Chicken, Carnitas, Carne Asada, Ground Beef, Shredded Beef, Papas Poblanas or a mixture of all our meats. The Shaft is also stuffed with Beans, Rice, Monterey, Lettuce, Pico De Gallo, and Cheese.
