Two Guajillo marinated port tacos. Served with Cilantro, onion, avocado sauce & pineapple.

Baja California-style fried fish tacos. Pacifico beer battered, fresh water tilapia fillets topped with our fish sauce, Jack cheese, shredded cabbage and tomato.

Shrimp sauteed in garlic-cilantro butter. Served on a saft corn tortilla with Jack cheese, cabbage, tomato and our "Salsa Pancha Villa"

everything but the meat

Melted cheese blended with tomato, onion & jalopeno. Served with chips.

A mound of our homemade chips covered with refried pinto beans or vegetarian black beans, and Jack cheese. Topped with tomatoes, jalapenos, scallions, guaca­mole, and sour cream. Served with a bowl of fresh salsa from our Fiesta Salsa Bar.

Our guacamole is made from scratch every morning. We only use fresh, ripe, California avocados.

We prepare our rice throughout the day to ensure its freshness.

Traditional Mexican pinto beans cooked for 3 hours then refried & mashed with bacon for a creamy smooth consistency

We start our slow cooked vegetarian black beans in the early morning.
