Taco Bell

Food could have been made a little better but what upset me the most about this visit was the service. I placed an order on my mobile app and when I came in my order was done but not sitting at the mobile order counter it was still where they put the food together. So I stood there waiting made eye contact with several employees none acknowledged my presence. Then what I hope was just a lead and not an ast. Mgr or GM walked up making eye contact with me as she came up to the register. Then decided to not say a word to me standing on the other side of the counter and mess with the register. After 3 min she asked if I was there to pick up an order and I responded with yes she asked my name I gave it to her and she did ask if I wanted a bigger bag so that was decent enough. But other that no hi, no thank you have a great day. Right after handing me my order an employee came back from break and right away she goes at him and said "I thought I told you to clean up that food" (with an attitude) and he goes " I did" and she responds with an even bigger attitude and says " why you lying". I walked away at that point as I couldn't listen to a Mgr talking to their employee that way especially a foot away from a guest.

Taco Bell is what it is and sometimes there's issues with any fast food but I can't tell you how awesome the crew is up at this one. Took care of another that got messed up no problem and was totally cool about it. Did the same thing like a year ago and was surprised then. Hard to find that today!

Visited late at night. Service was prompt and polite. My order was accurately prepared and tasted delicious.

Service is good and fast. Employees are always nice. There isn’t hardly any meat in the tacos, though.

We went thru the drive thru the girl was so rude and had a really nasty attitude
