Alright, picture this: the Double Decker Taco is the ultimate Taco Bell creation, hands down. They took a classic crunchy taco and thought, “Let’s crank this up.” So, they slapped on a soft flour tortilla, slathered with refried beans to hold it all together, then wrapped it around that crunchy shell. It’s like Taco Bell’s version of a taco hug—soft, warm, and messy in all the right ways.
Every bite’s got that seasoned beef, fresh lettuce, and cheese, and the layers hit you with this epic mix of crunch and softness. You get the bold, beefy flavor, the melty cheese, and that savory bean spread tying it all together, so each bite is, like, stupid good. It’s one taco, but it feels like you’re getting a soft taco and a crunchy taco in one hit.
Solid Taco Bell. Service could have been better. But service everywhere these days kind of sucks.
As a former employee of Taco Bell this location was absolute trash & im so happy for tha app cause the employees at this store are so judgmental and don’t care to serve you if you’re standing in their face. Took me like 5 minutes for them to get my food that was sitting by the delivery section since I ordered online; the one female employee was too busy staring me down with the death flat instead of asking if I need help either cause she didn’t care or cause I looked better than her on any given Wednesday; I finally got the attention of one of the dazed out guys on the side. The other employees were just standing around and just staring at the ceiling or looking at the customers who came in and laughing at us. I’m laughing at the fact that you can’t even make tacos and Have poor customer service. Good luck in the professional field. It’s like they don’t care about money; Food was stale and smashed looking. If it was earlier I would have gone to the local restaurant but thought they would be decent here since it’s Wilmington. Please Do better.

Always something with this location. I literally had to have them remake my order TWICE and they still got it wrong. How hard is 3 soft taco supremes. I really hope they get their staffing figured out terrible attitudes and poor manners. Sucks to say I regularly visit this location and they have gone so down hill in the past 6 months.
It's same as everywhere else..might be a tad cleaner.
Employees are NOT pleasant. They always look miserable and look like they are ready for a fight. 😂🤣. Taco Bell....what are u doing to these Employees? Majority of them, NO MANNERS. Do better people.
I got the new $7 box. Definitely suggest it, Taco Bell stepped up their game for the meal deal wars that are going on
I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and it came very discombobulated and had barely any ingredients it. I normally love getting my crunch wraps from Taco Bell but this was very unfortunate and I don’t know if I will be getting one again.
First of all, the employees are extremely rude, no manners, back talk & act like their jobs are the hardest in the world! They treat customers like they’re inconveniencing them… as if they didn’t choose this job.
Second, this place is FILTHY inside!
Third, the order kiosks don’t work… we tried 3 of them before we asked 2 employees for help. None of them wanted to help us order. We left.
In conclusion, I’m glad we decided to come inside this time because, we will definitely not be returning. We’ve put up with the rude employees multiple times in the drive thru. This was the last straw!
I was there August 6th 2024 around 4 in the afternoon. The women working the drive thru window was rude on the speaker and rude taking my money. She looked and acted miserable!
