Taco Bell isn't the affordable option anymore.

that chunky hispanic girl with glasses who works in the drive thru is going to scare people off. always copping a disgusting attitude for no reason & constantly screwing up my food & order. wouldn’t be shocked if it were purposeful at this point. my food is only ever messed up when she’s working. any other time this taco bell is great.

Awesome customer service

I just went through the Wenatchee. Location drive through pain eleven ninety 94 a nachos Bell Grande and a supreme soft taco. And when I got home Are the way in Dryden I there was no Guacamole, extra Sour cream And extra cheese on my nachos And I paid 99 cents for each extra. I'm Very disappointed. Then when I tried to call The phone just rang, then give me the busy signal and then Hung up on me.

Tonight I ordered the big box deal that came with a Chalupa, double stack taco, a burrito and chips. I requested to sub the chips with cinnatwists, and sub the double stack taco with a doritos Los taco instead. Not only did they not sub the chips, but they straight took my chalupa out! And gave me a doritos Los taco (with the double stack taco I wanted replaced still in my order) not to mention my burrito was NOTHING but beans and sour cream, no meat, no rice nothing. And my food was cold. During dinner rush no less when it should be fresh. This is the second day in a row they have royally messed up my order and when I try to call them it just rings and rings and rings but no one picks up. What happened Taco bell? Because your food service AND customer service has gone to sh*t. And since raising your prices you should AT LEAST get orders correct. I understand the occasional mishap, but this is twice in 2 days. And clearly by the reviews, I'm not the only customer getting screwed over. Oh, and maybe start answering your phone so you can at least attempt to make things right when customers try to contact u over messing up their orders

Unprofessional. They run that store like it is a kick back spot and not a working establishment. Completely disappointed and utterly surprised at the fact that the manager can just choose not to speak to someone asking for them if they want to.

They would NOT give me water, and the bathrooms are locked! Didn't want to ask to use the restroom after being denied the water. Ridiculous! I did two deliveries for them today and was thinking of what to get to eat. OMG! Now, not wanting to give them any business.
