Every-time I go through the drive through at this location they always get my order half right. Does not seem to make a difference what time of day.

terrible wait time been sitting here for like 9 years i couldve made my own tacos by now smh

They are always super busy and are very understaffed. They work really hard and they are open till 2am u find out. Regardless the staff remains friendly. Parking: The drive thru is always very busy and they are usually working really hard to keep ahead. Especially later at night and see the 3 hours of 2:00 a.m. I recommend ordering ahead of yourself online and picking it up to save yourself the hassle of having to wait in the line and drive through or inside. Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is large not always very full and it is handicap accessible

Moved out to chums corners back in April. If you eat here before 4pm Its a Fantastic experience. breakfast early lunch awesome..... However we have tried to have dinner here going on 7 times. Thinking dang it has to be right this time. Not once. This last time ordered a number 2 w/ Pepsi, a beefy 5 layer and 2 Doritos hard shells. with some fire sauce. absolutely nothing was modified checked the bag at the window no fire sauce. Asked the guy at the window for some fire sauce. (proceeds to hand me a handful of hot sauce.) got home opened the items. All of the soft shell tacos are toasted? What? Why? The "beefy 5 layer" has lettuce and tomatoes in it. Breakfast and lunch 10/10 Dinner Stay away or be disappointed.

They keep taking away the original stuff and adding stuff that is basically the same as everything else in the menu and calling it something else. seems like everything is all the same ingredients. Then on top of it the value menu sucks. No value! Also they have this burrito on the so called value menu that they say is the same as the beefy melt burrito but with double beef. It doesn't have double the beef. It just costs more. I used to order the beefy melt burrito with double beef for 80¢ more every time I went so 8 know what a beefy melt burrito is with double meat. Also the took away the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito. That was my favorite thing on the menu. They had it for like at least 2 years it seems and then one day I tried ordering it after just ordering it the day before and the said 8ts discontinued. Bummer. Vegetarian options: I like the seven layer burrito but they got rid of that also. Taco bell kinda sucks. I want a meximelt or a XXL steak burrito damnit!
