First off as I walked in I have my service dog with me who goes with me everywhere I go I got approached by one of the employees who gave me the run around and 20 questions which by the way is against the law then I was met with a machine to order from not cool then as I tried to figure it out the 1st last sent someone to help but she was no help I figured it out and discovered the prices have gone up and you have to order everything separately so I changed my red sauce to green which NOW the charge you not cool . The food was ok and the store n bathroom were fairly clean. Just not happy with the people or the charges so that's the last time I go here. Or to any Taco Bell..
You have 8 people standing around your lobby to pick up doordash but you’re going to refuse me the ability to place a kiosk order to-go because your lobby is “”””closed””””? The drive thru is not accessible to everyone. Embarrassing, inconsiderate, and reflective of the lazy fast food work ethic.
What's the reason of opening you dem doors if people can't not make orders inside
Used the drive thru; the staff was quite friendly. But I have to say, having a lifetime, 40+ year love/hate relationship with taco bell, I was a little saddened when my steak crunchwrap wasn't crunchy nor contained any noticible steak. The tortilla was more soft taco, like it didn't even touch the griddle for that awesome crunchiness. And sadly, I didn't yast the Taco Bell version of steak anywhere in the 'wrap.
Stop asking if I want sour cream!! I would say I want it if I did
