Waited over 10 minutes for a pick up order that was flagged as ready on the app. No person on inside cash register, when I asked an employee that was sitting in the dining room, presumably the cashier, if I could have my food, I was ignored. Keep in mind the restaurant was fairly dead and I was the only inside customer. Ridiculous lack of service.

Everytime I come to this drive-thru the order is wrong. It doesn't matter how simple the order is its always wrong and most of the time there are items missing or the cup of soda is half full.
