Taco Bell

I travel for work and Taco Bell is my dinner of choice most cities and states I end up in. Never have I had a better experience at a Taco Bell than the ones I have at this Taco Bell in South Haven MI. DEANNA is one of the best employees I’ve ever ran into at a Taco Bell. She always is making sure my order is right to the point it looks as it came off the menu board pictures. She is so friendly and makes small talk and always ends with have a great day we will see you next time! I’ll probably never have a better T-Bell exposure than the one she gave me. A woman like this needs to be recognized and made known that she is an asset to the company. Coming from a guy that was a business owner good employees are hard to find let alone great employees the company wouldn’t be the same without. This is based on a 3 month job in the location which I visited 2-3 times a week minimum.

This is my go-to place in South Haven! I do ABA Therapy for a 6 year old, so afterwards, I stop at Taco Bell because by the time I get home, it's too late to cook. While it's super slow getting food, my food has always been 100% accurate, and warm like it should be. The employees joke with each other, and appear to enjoy themselves. Most of the time there are clean tables, but occasionally I've had to ask for a cloth so I could wipe off a table so I'd have a clean table. So, don't let the long wait discourage you. Even when it doesn't make sense why it's taking so long. I've had those days too. The other day, there was no one in lobby, and no one in drive thru, and it still took close to 10 minutes to get my food. But when the food is spot on and perfect, I can't complain too much. Complaining is in my nature, but I keep it low for this place. I'll still continue my visits at least once a week for my double taco! Closed for maintenance I checked online first to ensure they were open. Of course they didn’t update their online listing. Seriously terrible.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Worst employees Ive ever come across especially the little frizzy hair fruitcake who has the worst attitude and customer service, they would rather yell and argue with a customer than help them.
