I had a bad customer service experience and I'm doing this review because is not the only time I visit this taco bell ...this time couldn't hold back I had to call corporate and complaint about they're service very rude they do they're job like they don't want to be there I don't understand. Are they mad because they work there or they mad because they have to work there .....and do they treat people depending on how they look? I've been living in the fruitdale area since 2019 and not once I see a smile in there face or even apologize. If they had to....bad management 😞
Absolutely RUDE!!! my husband and I have been coming here for a long time we always park way in the back, we either eat there or subway, now I don't see no signs that indicates Taco Bell customer parking only! I've parked there numerous amount of times and their employees that work the drive thru would see me parking would never tell us not to park there at all, until today, I had been parked there for a while and we started walking towards the store we heard someone yelling but didn't think anything of it, we honestly thought the employee was talking to another employee, but the yelling intensified as we got closer, she looked so angry and started yelling you can't park there only taco bell customers! you can see she was angry and had a very bad attitude! I told her I've been parking here for a long time no one has ever said anything to us before, she just continued yelling at us angry then walked away, I proceed to take pictures of where I parked to show no signs of no parking are posted, we ended up leaving and I called to speak to the manager and get corporates number, they answered with a hello, very unprofessional for a customer service facility, the manager never responded she had me waiting 5 minutes. There's ways to approach people and let them know about the parking but to start yelling at people is absolutely ridiculous!!!!
Don't use the drive through. You have a person taking your order who doesn't get it right and you can't tell because there's no screen to let you know that they put the order in wrong. He got it wrong even after I asked him a second time....
The food was stale, and the restaurant has a sewage stench that is off putting 🤢 possibly the worst Taco Bell in the area
It's tacobell, I ordered inside but nobody was helping the customers so it's best just to go through the drive thru
Such a terrible experience to order
We ordered three crunchy tacos with an extra crunchy tacos in the drive through. We checked our order when we received it and it was three soft with one crunchy. We thought it be a simple fix so we went into the store to tell the workers. But we were only met with interrogation and they claimed that we ordered combo number two, which wasn’t true, and that that comes with soft tacos. We went back and forth with the worker many times and she got another to talk with us. However she also gave us super bad attitude. When she finally decided to fix our order, she aggressively grabbed our bag of food and threw it into the trash, ALONG WITH THE EXTRA TACO that we paid for. And she gave us what we wanted which is the three crunchy tacos but didn’t give the extra one that she threw away along with the wrong order. We left after that to avoid further conflicts. It ruined our afternoon and appetite.
We have been coming to this Taco Bell for four years and we have never been treated with such horrible and aggressive customer service. I work in food service as well so I understand that people can be frustrating but that is no excuse to give such bad customer service and to show this level of aggression towards guests. Over all a horrible experience.
