Nasty employees. Rude. Sarcastic. Disrespectful.

They couldn't understand our order at the drive thru (it was not complicated, they made us say 2 bean chalupas 3x) so we used the screen in the lobby to order. Food took about 20 min, during which time staff avoided coming near the lobby so that we couldn't ask them for anything (we tried) Said lobby was in bad shape, garbage overflowing from the unchecked can onto the floor. Saw at least 3 people go behind the counter, so presumably staff. We were there about an hour total and never saw that can get emptied. Vegetarian options: Fine as long as you don't try drive thru I guess

Took 2 hrs to get my order ran by high-school kids. The place was freezing, and so many people were just waiting to get small meals. They couldn't figure out how to my money back. They were sneaking food out to there friends.
