Nobody cares about customer service every body ignoring customer food becomes very expensive order few tacos and 2 boxes spend $40 poor menus not many choices like before manager not professional never come back very bad experience again with this store
Nice clean food loved it!
slow for lunch break eating. It seems this restaurant is catering to the drive through and not much given to the dine in people. I miss ordering my food with a human. You have to order from the kiosk and I do wish they had all of their drinks and condiments in one place. The first few times it was a lot of searching for lids, napkins, sauces and figuring out how to order from a device.
Consistently the best Taco Bell in the area, by MILES. If their team during the day runs as well as the night crew, then this could potentially be the best Taco Bell in the world. Trust me, you want to spend money here- it's absolutely worth it.
Friendly drive-up attendant. Good food. Good portions.
The fast food business model has always relied on a combination of high volume and low cost of labor, made possible by low cost of living. But now that the manipulations of the federal reserve are reaching the endgame the business model is beginning to show signs of strain. In the golden ages this used to be a taco bell/ pizza hut express. And it was popping. Bought unimaginable quantities of chalupas and baja blasts here back in the day. Tons of students and young people. Sad sight to see here today. The baja blasts are adulterated with aspartame for no reason at all, and the dining room is seemingly never open. Plano is filled with transients from other states.
