Your store likes to keep their “Open” sign turned off as early as 2200. If it’s broken, it’s been broken for over a month. They’ll answer the drive thru just fine. Food is great. The closing crew(s) just like to appear closed way earlier than 0300. On some occasions they don’t answer if it’s like 0245. Update: 2023-12-10, they still turn the light off an hour or so early a couples weeks before, they got 4 cars in line @0243 because they flipped the switch to the automated “we’re closed” message on the drive through.

I don't like being asked to "round off" the price of my order for a "donation" for students and feeling guilt tripped when there's a teenager at the window handing out your food. I'm not going to Crapo Bell for charity

Taco Bell get it together I didn’t come in here for a quick meal to have to put in my own order… Taco Bell I will be charging you for placing my own order.. this is completely ridiculous that you hire employees and I left to put in my own order.. I’m sitting here as something that should in and out is taking long just because the guest is placing their order… I did not come here to work.. this is joke.. and not only do you want cheap labor now you want the guest to work.. go to hell with this.. poor customer is has been on kiosk for 15 minutes just to order one taco… this is a joke I repeat abuse and misuse
