My Crunchwrap was very good up until the second half when I bit into a 2.5 inch piece of plastic!! Nice employees... But they (I assume accidentally) put plastic in my food? I contacted corporate weeks ago and they still haven't gotten back to me, which is more frustrating than the plastic being there in the first place.
i never recvd the cinnabon delght drink i ordered... so i called the store & got the machine so left a msg.
I don't usually get Taco Bell but when I do, I definitely will go to another location. None of my add-ins made it into my order so I wasted money on upgrades. The burritos were just toasted tortillas and almost no filling. No sauce in the bag even tho they said there was. Took forever to get my food too.
Need more Americans workers, I dislike repeating my orders several times because workers don't understand.
Only a quick Nacho Chips is all I need for my quick visit and dine in.
Place is usually decent, the only issue is they constantly close the lobby. It doesn't matter if it's a week day or weekend. Just a few days when I came on the weekend, they had the doors locked at 4:15. I just came now 1/4/24 and same thing, the lobby is closed and its barely 6:30. That crazy, I get staffing issues happen but don't even open Christ. What I did was laced in on the app so I don't have to go drive thru and they lock the doors so you still leave to go thru a 15-30 minutes wait depending on how busy that line it. They're out of control. At least leave the door open for pick up orders.
