Espere 35 minutos por una orden de 2 combos... Increíble, al final ni los lleve y a la neta no estaba LLENO cuando realice mi orden, dentro del restaurante habían exactamente 6 personas que ya habían ordenado anted de mi. Demasiado tiempo para un restaurante de comida "rápida" al final fui a Mac Donalds y me despacharon en 7 minutos 2 combos.. Hay que mejorar. Voy a taco Bell porque amo las Crunchiwrap de ahí. Pero el servicio, malo.

I waited in the drive thru for AN HOUR. It took 30 minutes to get to the speaker and 30 minutes to get to the window to get my food. I work in the food industry so I get it but an hour? We received no apology or anything for the inconvenience or any compensation for our time at that. Our food was cold and hard. Not only that but the lack of customer service acting like I’m an inconvenience is insane to me. Acting like doing the job that you get paid for is such an inconvenience. I wasn’t even going to bother going in to complain because all they had were incompetent teenagers working and I bet it would’ve been another hour before I’d get to talk to a manager who I bet is another incompetent teenager. I doubt management will reach out to me over this. Stop hiring lazy teenagers and hire people who actually want to work and do their job. There’s a reason why so many people can’t get jobs right now and it’s because the lazy teenagers get hired over the hard working young adults.
