Very bad service and bad stuff and the manager she’s not understand and she have really bad service
Ordered a breakfast item. New to me. Grilled burrito, scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage bits, potatoes and little bit of tomato matter.
Seriously, this particular item needs an emergency review in the taco bell corporate kitchen.
First bite, grilled tortilla and warm scrambled eggs with no significant flavors. The second and third bites eggs turn to a pasty and starchy potato with no texture.
Really, never found the sausage. Finally got to the moist tomato garnish which surprisingly provided a refreshing feeling on my palette.
Mind you all along through this meal I hit it with a pack of breakfast salsa.
Remember the good ol days when they were generous with the hot sauces. Well now those days are coming to an end.
The drive thru attendant asked me a couple times if I wanted sauce?
Long story short. She requested an exact count of the sauce packets?
When I arrived at the window I asked her why the sauce packet accompaniment had become so complicated she replied, management.
She told me they require every customer to order a specific number of sauces.
Then she told me what's coming next. The Bells management is going to start charging for hot sauce. Yes folks, Taco Bell Management is going to start charging for hot sauce packets.
What's next, napkins?
Last few times I came here chips for have been stale, especially for Mexican Pizza, you can smell it as you open the box.
Really great employees. Definitely know what they're doing and have a great attitude.
employees sat inside on tables as the doors were locked, online said it was open and open signs were on, didn’t pick up phone, just watched us struggle to open the door.
This taco bell is most definitely scamming Doordash and it's customers. Every single time I've ordered doordash from here, I'm missing more than one item. Today was a large ($6.21) soda, cinnamon twists, and Cinnabon things. I was not notified they were out of these items and never received them. So I request a credit from doordash for the missing items and taco bell gets to keep their money. How hard can a fast food job be? It clear as day on the receipt, why would they let orders go out with blatant missing items?
I got everything I ordered but they forgot the drink this has happened multiple times.
This location has a tight fit for a parking lot but is pretty good on speed of service and quality of the items. The drink machine was broken when we got there but technicians showed up and fixed it during the course of the meal, so that was cool that it got handled :)
How hard is it to give utensils for meals that would require utensils to eat? Seems pretty basic but this has happened multiple times where I didn't get any utensils.
