Rude service, given wrong drink and when corrected was given soda water instead. Also according to staff they don't serve the items listed in their menu anymore.
So slow. People standing around. Find another Taco Bell to go to.
There are alright Taco Bells, and bad Taco Bells. This is one of the bad ones. You will be disappointed. We've been a few times and the food is always cold. We have to toss it in the microwave after a short drive home, and then it's just bland. Friendly staff, though!
New review: this place should advertise as drive-thru only. They don't know how to service their counter. They don't know how to ring up orders for points at the counter. They don't know how to do anything for counter other than say sorry our drive-thru is busy. I left and I'm next door at Wendy's where customer service is first

When they are out of a premium ingredient such as chicken, they upcharge to substitute it for ground beef. They were beyond unapologetic, infact quite rude and short spoken.
This is no longer about Taco Bell. It's about the complete idiots that work there. Management for this location must not exist.

Food here is mediocre. But it IS Taco Bell so it is nothing less than i expect. The new Leads are extremely accommodating regardless of ever-lacking ingredients on busy nights.
Update: Customer service here is worse than the craftsmanship of their food. We all know it's not the best becsuse it's Fast Food. But there is absolitely no excuse why humans cannot read a ticket and make a dish accordingly.
On my last visit, after waiting over 30min for my food and being assured twice that it was comming right up, i was then asked by another employee what i was waiting for. When i told them a #6 they got crazy on the cashier person who had assured me it would be right up. Apparently the ticket didnt print in the kitchen.
I was again assured my food would be right up. At this point i said "i didnt come fr fast food to wait half an hour, i want a refind" and they proceeded to explain that they dont do that.
I got a little crazy on how horrendous their attitudes and customer service was. Thereafter i was given a refund "just this once."
People. Get your refund. This particular Taco Bell location NEEDS hits like that to bring to the owners attention how terrible and incompetent their staffing is.

I'm not sure what's going on down there, but it is really gone downhill since I used to work for that company. They were out of basically every soft drink, the menu sign is broken and hasn't been repaired, and their food tastes like it was mixed with sawdust. The drive-thru cashier didn't ask me if I wanted to add beef or sour cream and did not ask me to confirm my order on the screen. All things considered, I think they would be better off closing the place and making some serious staffing changes before reopening.

Serious disconnect between the hours the app gives and when they're actually open for orders. App let me select 'pick up inside' only for the door to be locked and me to be redirected to the 14+ car line up of drive thru. I have no idea what they were doing to have each car take so long but I waited an extra 30 minutes just to receive cold food.
Will not go back to this location.
Get delivery orders before we get there. We don't get paid enough to wait. No one in the drive thru, and we have to wait for orders to be made that pay less than nothing. You lost me as a customer because you have no care for ppl who work to make your customers happy at home. 6$ to wait 10 to 15 minutes and drive 5 miles and come back 5 miles
We just went through the drive through and ordered two bean burritos as my dad is vegetarian and they gave us two soft tacos with meat. Get it together taco bell!
I am most displeased with this particular taco bell not only is the dirve though voice box faulty but to screw a person's order and not give them a receipt to get the food replaced with what was supposed be ordered in the first place is inexcusable and I will not ever come back again, I expect high excellent service from any restaurant be it fast food or not.
Slowest fast food experience ever. You would think they were running to other countries for the ingredients needed for your food. Never coming back unless I HAVE TO.
Placed an order for 2 beef chalupa supreme meals. Got home and all chalupas were chicken and the crunchy tacos barely had anything on them and were not supreme like we asked. Tried calling the store for 20 minutes and no one ever answered. Their drive through screen is so bad you can barely read it.
I have always been a very frequent customer for many years to Taco Bell locations. This location here I've only had delivery from for a little over a year. Sadly the customer service if you order late night or after 6pm is the worst ever. Almost evetytime I order here lately something is missing. If it's not a drink, like this past time it's 3 tacos & my drink & a burrito! Don't even bother calling the store THEY HAVE A PHONE BUT WILL NEVER ANSWER YOU AT ALL! BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUS WILL BE CONTACTED AS THIS IS NOT OKAY IF YOU'RE OPEN & OPERATING SUPPOSEDLY. MANY OCCASIONS TRIED! Call doordash who refuses to help arguing saying you must contact store for refunds as they can't access. Well I did & can't reach for manager or redelivery! Absolutely unacceptable no redelivery. Nobody to talk to about refunding. Can't reach by email either. Taco bell # not open when I'm working days shift either. Upper level management needs to get to this store & help because it's customer service is beyond dreadful. Please help so we can return because of not I'm hoping to go elsewhere.
