I went inside to order at 10:20 today, and the staff was very rude. They informed me that they were only serving through the drive-through at this time, and I asked if I could place an online order because they had signed that said so, and I was very rudely asked to leave the lobby and told I had to go through the drive-through, despite being assigned that said mobile orders accepted. overall unnecessarily rude and incompetent as they ignored the signs the left up that said mobile orders allowed

First time I heard about the $5.00 craving boxes that you can customize a box or get the regular one. For only $5.00!!!!! I use the app n I got 2 free rewards So if you want to try a craving box check out their app or website. I didn't go inside and always drive thru so idk the atmosphere would be inside. But at the window to pick up it was very friendly. Parking: I always go to the one on N West st. Lima. Never had to wait.

Almost everyone here was nice, had a nice talk with an employee on break, the blonde hair manager of shift on dec 30 at 3:30 was the worst, yelling at employees and customers, creating a toxic workplace, 4 or 5 stars without this lady there

After their menu change and price raise they removed student discounts for unoh students too.

How can they stay open with terrible quality food, slow service and really overpriced?
