Taco Bell

They are trying to get everyone to order from the kiosk, not from a menu on the wall with a person. Plus the prices are not up front at this location. Nice lady tried to help, but very frustrating for us. We live 3 blocks away, but will continue to go to the location 4 miles away.

Ordered a breakfast Crunchwrap- it must have weighed a pound- it was SO good- great job guys!

I was trying to take an order around 2 o’clock for my lunch break and oh nice young lady was talking to me on the intercom until a rude young lady started getting into the conversation asking me what do I want and am I almost done completely rude trying to rush me with my order. I asked for one minute and not even a minute was given to me. They asked me after I said one minute what did I need or what do I want very disrespectfully can’t wait to call and ask for corporate number this needs to be handled very well by firing. All those employees don’t like to do their job and their shift. Very ghetto. Hope they can have more people like the girl that took my first order instead of the Disrespectfully young lady got into the conversation, trying to rush me through my order when the other young lady that was very nice and calm had it very well. I hope this can help people not to deal with the ignorance that I dealt with this night.

Welp the manager nyquisha has the most terrible attitude. Her employees are kind.

Too slow service

The only consistency here is that they will get your order wrong, even when no one else is there.

The workers are terrible the food is awful it takes too long for service and my food was burnt and had a funny smell ..never again ...they should fire or rehire new people especially the night crew they aren't worth the tacos they served...poor management skills and the workers lack in customer service and preparation skills....at this point this place won't last a year ..so sad because it's brand new!!! Corporate needs to bomb all these scabby roaches that work there!!!
