Taco Bell

I went there around 2p Tuesday. Did an on line order to eat in house. 3 women working at the time. No greeting at all. The rep at the register didn't say a word just waited for me to say something first. No smiles at all. This gave me the perception they did not want to be there. Now onto the food. No Dr pepper in the drink machine. I advised one of the employees. So I drank Pepsi. Got my food, and it was just thrown together and soggy. I didn't complain, I felt what's the point due to employees demeanor. Went to refill my drink after about 20 minutes. Dr pepper still empty. I told the staff the Dr pepper was still empty on my way out the door. No care at all. If these were my employees I would have fired them.

Ordered through the app. $36 in food. Never received my food or a refund. Went to pick it up (NOT delivery) and was told it was already picked up. Was pulled to the window where someone was on a cell phone telling me it was their manager and that my food was picked up at 10:20(which is the time I put the order in mind you) and they would not remake it nor refund me. I kept asking how someone would know my name and that I ordered from here and how they could pick it up the same time the order was placed. I was directed to the app and to call a number that doesn't exist. I highly suggest staying away from this place. Poor service. Extremely unprofessional. Rude. I ordered from them and at this point, they flat out have stolen from me and refuse to make it right.

Worst fastfood place in existence. Waited 35+ minutes for a burrito I Never Got. Now I have to deal with Amex on getting a refund for this cluster. 14$ spent on sub par quality food that they can't even make within half an hour. It was absolutely dead in there as well. I hope they shut down.

Took 20 min of waiting to get my mobile order i placed 10 min before getting there, my order wasnt right and they told me to just keep it, but didnt give me the right order.

The food has improved alit where I like going to taco bell for lunch or dinner. The dining area is clean and it feels comfortable to sit and eat. Wheelchair accessibility: Up front of the door.
