Always friendly staff and good food

The food is always good, I really like the Taco supreme and nacho bel grande. Fast service and good food. Not really commenting on atmosphere, we went through the drive thru.

Service painfully slow. Food was eh. Employees' attitudes were blah. The drug deals going down in the parking lot were good entertainment, though.

One of these things is not like the other...well in this case two. Usually, they are the better of bells in the area. However, I didn't get what I asked for and it's cold (I will let the weather take partial blame). Yes, it was close to closing, but that shouldn't take away from a simple modification. This is by far the worst order I've received from this location...very disappointing

I came inside to place my order. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme combo meal around 5:37pm. I sat while watching the crew make drive thru after drive thru order often wondering if I made the wrong choice to come inside. 12 minutes later I was noticed by the girl working drive thru and she asked, what did I need? I said my order, I've been waiting for a while for my order. She came back, asked me was I some name that wasn't mines. A guy and his family replied it was him. He said he had been waiting over 30 minutes. A few minutes later they brought him his order which was still incomplete. Finally around 6:01pm I recieved my order with no receipt. I told the girl who brought me my food I had a drink with my meal and she stood looking at me like I was speaking a foreign language to which she was accustomed to after I repeatedly told her it was a large drink. Finally another worker came around and I explained to him I had a meal and I didn't get a drink cup but if he was to print my receipt he could see that's what I paid for. After checking the front counter computer he gave me my drink cup. Something told me to check my bag after that. When I looked I was missing the 2 piece Cinnabon. After checking the computer he gave me my Cinnabon. The moral to my story is, if you want fast quality service, don't come inside, just stick to the drive thru. I still never got that receipt.

The last time I came here, I swore TacoBell off for good! But... the kids begged & complained until I let them go again. They must have had an employee switch or something- this time they were friendly, helpful, patient, and I never heard that all nerving "Is that All??" When ordering. That $5.00 box was Plenty also.
