Ordered food in drive thru at 7:12pm got home the food was cold cold like still partly frozen cold. Returned to store by 7:35pm to get food remade but Deshawn said they couldn’t remake food because it was more than 30mins (which it wasn’t) but they could give us a refund. Then reordered food in drive thru and they put the wrong order in. Also the food was made terribly Very rude service and inconsiderate.

Placed an order online and it clearly didn’t go through even though email stated it did! Employees don’t answer phones & they are rude even when the customer calling had the order number! Will never return or recommend 18th st Taco Bell to anyone!
