Taco Bell

Newly remodeled all nice and clean. Now there is no kiosk to order from and the menu board is hard to navigate. The prices are listed at the bottom of the food menu and very hard to find. No more $5 classic combo just the same items at higher prices.

Understaffed and the small crew working complained openly to customers on how bad the management was staffing the restaurant. I Waited 30 minutes for an incorrect order and was just handed two free soft shell taco coupons when mentioning it was incorrect. I was delivered an unapologetic sorry and told we don’t have people to make things right. The GM there needs to get their staffing right and correct the ship.

My food was ordered thru Doordash and the cooks who prepared my food didn't have a few of the items that was to be on the Taco Supreme's and the tacos were made "MESSY" and tasted "HORRIBLE!"

Great tacos.

Did not allow me to place a to go order before 10pm on a Monday. Absolutely ridiculous. The person on the phone was not able to provide an explanation

I attempted to have dinner last night, 1/8, at 11 pm using the drive though and the guy came on the intercom and said they were not taking orders. I asked if I heard him correctly, and he replied, "Yes, correct. We are not taking orders as only two of us are here and on a smoke break". I left and went to elsewhere as did the car in front of me.
