Food is getting better like the old days. Give it time. Service could be better during busy times, they are shorthanded most days.

I’ve been going here for a few years and have seen three entire staff turnovers happen. All three of have been pretty terrible. This should probably be your last pick for fast food in the area. I think I’ve personally had one, MAYBE two good experiences here. If you mobile order and you get all the correct items it will be a genuine miracle. Last time they gave me the wrong drink, the wrong amount of tenders, no utensils, and the wrong side. It was so defeating I just accepted it. I think they’re usually very understaffed, but the ones that are there clearly do not care at all. The drive through is atrocious with their window times, the lobby will be closed randomly, the bathroom is always trashed, they’re almost always out of something. This can include containers, food items, straws, forks, sauces, etc. I almost always get told that they’re “just now putting the tenders in so it’ll be a wait.” or something like that. I’ve had really good customer experiences here, but they’re out weighed so heavily by the bad ones that it doesn’t feel worth it. Maybe it’s upper management tied with poor wages, but either way it truly reflects in their establishment. IF you get your food in a decent time and the items are correct, then it’s actually pretty solid. This place is basically cursed, but if you’re really craving both a famous bowl and a burrito, then this is your place. This place is super close to my house and on the way home from my work and I’m personally evil or masochistic or both, so I keep coming back. Vegetarian options: The black bean substitution for meat is great for vegetarians. You getting a black bean substitution is probably a 70/30 coin flip out of your favor though.

Every single time I order from a lady, she gets it right, HOLLA!!! But 10/10, every single man that I order from at this location always puts CHICKEN in my CHEESE quesadilla, without fail.

I've gone here twice several months apart. The first time there was only one person working there, so I couldn't fault them for being slow. However, this time there were at least 4 people working there that I counted, there was no one ahead of me, but it took 15 minutes to get a quesadilla.

I visit this Taco Bell almost every day, my experience has been wonderful. The staff is great, friendly and always have smile when I visit.

Doesn't open at 1030 am like it says. Both drive thru and doors were closed for at least 10 minutes before we left to goto sonic next door. Which I highly recommend doing.
