The food was ok, they made my order correctly that's a plus

I was having a really hard day and tried to order food on the app and it was not working. So I went into the restaurant to order and it was going to be almost $20 more than the online order. For reasons unrelated to this, I began to cry in the drive-through, the team was really empathetic and kind, I think I might have made them feel bad it goes a long way to show a human kindness, especially on a day when I really needed it. They explained to me why they couldn’t honor app prices, but did give me coupons for future purchases. Even though they weren’t the cause of my bad night, they really went the extra mile to make me feel better. It was appreciated!

The best Taco Bell in the city.

Me and my partner have come here a few times now. The drive through workers are always nice and friendly. The food is some of the freshest Taco Bell I've had.
