I specifically asked for extra sour cream, called back and the manager said she made them herself. I figured I would just say thanks and have a goodnight until she hung up on me and would not answer the phone back. I am a manager myself and as a manager you do your best to help your customers "especially in customer service "not get pissed off and hang-up. Just because you're unprofessional I still paid MY MONEY FOR MY FOOD. I visit there quite often but you guys don't have to worry about me Coming back to that location because there were different ways she could have handled that situation and just clearly asked me to bring them back. My money,my food and just bc she made it she took offense. It's not my problem as the consumer that you don't know how to make the food properly!!! 13.00 for 3 tacos that were 2.79 so I wanted my 1.00 worth of sourcream and she mentioned it was the last meat, ummm yall stay open till 2 am. I know that if I acted the way she did, I would have had something said to me by my GM but I would have never done that to a person. Food is so expensive and I just wanted my food made the way I specifically asked and paid for!!!!
Employees had an attitude plus I could hear them talking about me while I waited in the drive thru.
Hace aproximadamente 40 minutos llegué a este local y pedí un Bowl con extra carne, para llevar, la atención buena, al momento de ir en camino decido comer y para sorpresa mía que el aguacate no solo huele mal sino que también sabe mal, ah, también el tomate está en descomposición, decido darles la calificación de 3 y quizás no 2 porque errores cometemos todos, pero por favor al gerente o encargado del turno revisar los alimentos, la contaminación de alimentos puede darse en cualquier momento y causar problemas de salud, ahora mi comida no se si esté contaminada…
