Slow drive through and food was so so I just usually stop for a double decker taco for my Lil ones when we have to go for a drive somewhere and they want a quick bite to eat Vegetarian options: Not to many choices but definitely labeled vegetarian on the menu Parking: Normal parking lot w drive through but no way out of the drive through once u go to the order line so once u r there u are waiting til your order is up even if u changed your mind Kid-friendliness: Didn't go inside so not to sure how they are w children and whatnot but I know the drive through window person usually always friendly or don't say much which is good customer service for me Wheelchair accessibility: Front door wheelchair accessible
We've avoided Taco Bell for ages due to them never being open when it says they are. Sign was on, lights were on, there were folks in the driveway. We pulled up and by the time we got to order...no one was taking orders. It was only 10 pm. We went to Burger King instead, who stayed open slightly after close to get us our order.
Second time that this happened where the store looks to be completely open but they aren’t taking any orders at the drive thru. Sat there waiting for more then 10 mins each time and never got an answer from nobody. At this point why is this Taco Bell even open still, if it’s short of staff every night.
Really slow line and dinning not even open
Ordered through the app, the app didn't work so we asked the lady at the front desk. She walked over to us and said, "You guys can't pay with cash." We never tried to pay with cash, she then walked away. Somebody came to tell her how they got his order wrong, she then yelled at him and told him to stop giving a bad attitude when it was clearly her giving the bad attitude. I got food here one week prior, it was cold. Never go here if you have cash. I then went to the burger king across the street and ate there instead, it was much better.
Drive thru line ridiculosly long and lobby not open. I just needed to pick up a 3 dollar doordash order. Looks like only one employee there doing every thing. Couldn't exit the drive thru once in. And if it's due to staffing shortages Taco Bell needs to pay their employees more to have a fully staffed location. Instead the people at the top of being greedy mf's and expecting one person to do everything.
It seemed that there was only 1 person working, but he was courteous and professional. The food was ordered in app & was correct & delicious.
Frustrating Wait and Lack of Attention Sink Lunch Break While I've visited this restaurant four times, each experience has involved a wait of approximately 15 minutes. Unfortunately, my recent visit was particularly frustrating due to inattentiveness and apparent staffing issues. On 02/16 at 12:54 pm, I placed an order for a single Crunchwrap combo ordered via the kiosk I received my receipt and cup after placing my order (JW). Observing the lobby, I noticed an employee on their phone and a child removing cling wrap. After 15 minutes, I inquired about my order. Following another 10 minutes and witnessing drive-thru activity, I requested a refund due to the extended wait. While processing the refund, a manager apologized, citing employee training and limited staffing. However, her presence outside the kitchen during a busy lunch period taking a personal call, while understaffed and training new employees, seemed contradictory. This experience revealed a lack of clear leadership and organization. Given my consistent wait times and this recent issue, I advise potential customers to consider the possibility of lengthy waits before choosing this restaurant, especially during peak hours.
Only 2 people were working when we picked up our large mobile order on 2/3 at 5PM. They did great being extremely short staffed and fairly busy. Every time we go to Taco Bell my wife's order is messed up and they put sour cream on her items, except today. Short staffed and they got it right. Hopefully these two are recognized for showing up and getting it done.
