Store was dirty. No one working the counter. Food was basic and way overpriced for undercooked and poorly put together food. Soda machine was broken. No refills.
I made an online order and they managed to leave off practically every addition that is shown on the recipe on the box they sent. Charging for additional items and not sending them is not a sound business plan.
The last 3 out of 4 visits to this location, they've missed an item in our order. I understand mistakes happen, but when they repeatedly happen, there's an issue with their procedure. Take an additional 10 seconds do make sure all items are in the bag. Management has been made aware if it multiple times, yet it's still happening.
They don't have to cook the food, just squeeze and wrap, yet you sit in line for 15min, could of sat down somewhere to eat don't come here for "fast food"
First of all they took so long to take our order then they forgot to give us our cup and my boyfriend had to go up and ask THEN there was no ice and my boyfriend had to ask them and the lady working there told him “what do you want now” like if it isn’t her job to help customers, like act right if you ain’t gonna be working right then don’t even work at all, OH and to mention the soda was flat.. ♀️ ♀️wasted 21 bucks, I agree with the others saying that the staff avoids you and act like its someone else’s responsibility, they took at least 10 minutes to help us.
We were the second car in the drive-thru and waited almost 1/2 hour. The order was wrong and we had to go inside to get it.
Terrible service, takes forever to get your food and you get the wrong food 9/10 times.
