This place has horrible attitude, employees and food. When I called up there to tell them they forgot two of my items they left me on hold for 10 minutes then when trying to call back they took there phones off the hook. Never will be back to this location hopefully it gets shut down.
I came here at 1 AM. They got my order wrong. They didn’t give me everything I ordered and what I did get there was hardly anything in it like they where out of ingredients or something like lettuce and meat and cheese. Nothing was hardly in tacos and burritos I got this is a disgrace especially after paying $30
It was soooo bad. I ordered 3 soft tocos and got 3 hard shell Doritos tocos so I had to use soft tortillas shells but I also got nacho cheese and I took one dip and I was already at the bottom of the container it was bad never eating there agin
My friend & I stood waiting to place our order...we were totally ignored as if we weren't there, those kids need to get with it. We finally had to walk out & spend our money elsewhere to get good...they just lost 2 great customers! P s..we were the only 2 in there at the time!
No more going to Taco Bell in Florence!!!
Went to this Taco bell on a Tuesday evening around 11:15 pm and the guy in the drive thru was either stoned or just completely out of it with a crummy attitude. Didn't give me my change back and claimed he did (I really believe he thought he did) but he didn't. Finally another guy came over to get into the register to get my change and he had a poor attitude about it too and mumbled something under his breath and rolled his eyes.
I know its hard to keep people these days, but maybe get some people who actually CARE about the customer experience. No "hello", no "just a second" no "Thank You" ....no nothing. I hate to see what's going on behind the scenes if this is the way they act in front of the customers. Do better Taco Bell!
Food was nice and hot, and the staff was friendly. I customized many of my items and they were made exactly as I ordered.
The food was poor the customer service was poor in the presentation of the food was very poor
I love Taco Bell especially those in Long Beach but the mess I opened from this one when I'd paid for a Burrito Supreme was a thick, dry glop of refried beans pushed out of both ends of the burrito, red sauce slopping out too and sour cream was nonexistent. Tossed it in the trash. My coworker ordered nearly the same thing and said she tossed hers as well.
We stopped here at 10 PM after arriving at CVG on our way to the hotel. A local Kroger employee had told us this was the Taco Bell she frequented because it was open after she got off work. Big mistake and will never do again.

Handed me the wrong order twice in the drive thru . Asked me 3 times what my order was I waited 25 mins in the drive thru. She seems high or tweaking. Called and asked for the corporate number and she said no one working knows it . Of course not! You know your service is pathetic. She handed me my order with my tacos spilled all in the bottom of the bag. AVIOD THIS PLACE
Fast, friendly service. Went through the drive through fast and the order was hot and right. That's always appreciated. I'll go back. 😃 👍
Tonight me and my boyfriend decided to go through the drive thru and we pull up at 12:30 and waited at the speaker till 12:45 to be told sorry we are closed
Ordered the new cheesy street chalupas two days ago at another location, loved them so much I ordered again tonight at this location. Mobile ordered. Went through the drive thru, they forgot an item so had to rewait 6 cars in the drive thru to get the item. Get back to the hotel and see this is how my chalupas were prepared, I have maybe two bites of meat. Workers were nice enough so they get a 3 star, everything else is a 1 star experience.
