Taco Bell is just Taco Bell, there are much better places in my opinion to get Mexican food.
I really wish they'd toss potatoes that sit for longer than 10-15 minutes like they're supposed to.. instead they seem to use them and they're pretty gross once they've sat out that long. Please make fresh ones when the old ones need to be tossed. Customers would rather wait a little longer for good food. Makes you look lazy/incompetent when you give out food that shouldn't be served.
Not, enough meat inside the Chalupa or, tacos. If a customer has to comeback because of THE WORKERS mistake don't treat them like they are lying! Nobody wants to HAVE to COMEBACK because of a workers mistake. Offer to make them happy. Don't be rude. There's enough hate out here & good HOT food is expensive, don't add to it.

Dirty, and they gave my $100+ order for our basketball teams dinner to someone else, and would not replace the order. Had to order and pay all over. This is the worst customer service I have seen, even for fast food. Never again.
Went through the drive-thru to get a quick dinner in a hurry. Got all the way home and realized upon inspecting before the first bite that my crunch wrap had MOLD on the tortilla. I called the tb to let them know they're serving moldy food and if I could get a replacement if I bring it back the following day with receipt. I was told it absolutely had to be right now. I wasn't able to drop everything and drive all the way back there at 10:30 p.m. I was very busy (hence the tb drive-thru dinner). It was obvious they could care less. The lost few dollars is not the point, the fact that they're serving moldy food is what bothers me. Why do people with ZERO customer service skills always get jobs in the customer service field?! If it was possible I would give negative stars.
