Taco Bell

We order a lot through the drive through. Our orders has always been perfect. The staff does a great job, especially Josh, who works the evening shift. He's very polite and does a great job getting the orders out. We love our Waterloo Taco Bell!

I have order from this place twice the first time they forgot the beans the second time I ordered a chili cheese burrito they told me they quit making it but was on the menu this place needs to get stuff in order

We grabbed a quick snack for the road fromm this location and the entire staff was beyond friendly and amazing!! The food was fresh as fresh can get which you think well its fast food so id assume so WRONG. Freshest tacobell since 2006.

The staff is always so polite. The food is consistent at this location and if there is ever a mishap, they are quick to fix it with the sweetest disposition. We love this location.

$40 order- a #2 combo (2 chalupas and a taco), 6 locos tacos, 2 beefy 5 layer burritos, and a Crunchwrap. The #2 was missing both chalupas, only got 4 locos tacos out of the 6, and the two 5 layer burritos were entirely stale rice, no beef. We were the only ones in line over one hour before closing.

This is the best Taco Bell ever! The customer service is excellent and their food is fresh and tasty.

I came here around 10:00pm on 11/22/2023 and I can only assume they were mad at the size of my order as they gave me little to no meat on any of my tacos and instead SOUPED every single one with at least, 5-6 big spoonfuls of sour cream. It made my families meal somewhat inedible as they were so drenched with it. Burritos weren't even really rolled, and it wasn't particularly busy either. I know my order was somewhat big but I can wait a little bit on a not-so-busy night if that is what it takes
