If you’re a Doordasher, I HIGHLY recommend that you do not accept orders from this location. The lobby was closed on a Tuesday afternoon for no apparent reason, and the drive thru was a 30+ minute wait. While waiting at the window, I noticed that the reason it was taking so long to receive my order was because the worker was texting/playing on her phone. Not acceptable. Not only that, but they didn’t give me the customer’s drink. (It showed up in the dasher app as a food item, but on the receipt it showed up as a drink. They knew that the order included a drink, even though I didn’t.) So, I had to make a 15 minute drive BACK to this Taco Bell to demand the drink that they forgot. And even THAT took at least a 20 minute wait because no one was willing to acknowledge that I was there. HORRIBLE place to work with. My dasher rating decreased after this, and it was entirely their fault. DO NOT GO HERE.

Got a quesadilla and it was really soggy. Staff was friendly though.

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Waited for over half an hour in the drive through on a Saturday afternoon, absolutely horrible rude service, had to explain what I wanted twice and they still screwed up my order. My advice is to avoid this one at all costs.

Overall, it was a good experience to stop by and quickly get something to eat.

They have Terrible customer service. This is not a kid friendly environment. I walked in wanting to order and nobody said anything for 2 minutes. The music they were playing was so provocative I was sick.

One of the worst Taco Bell‘s I have ever been to when they open the drive-through window most times you smell nothing but weed. On the speaker here I’m laughing and saying many other things that I can’t put here. I am not sure how all the Taco Bell’s in Dubuque, Iowa stay open the company should shut them down. God bless

Kinda disappointed they have on their app 5 dollars crust ur own box..it give u different options to pick.i picked what I wanted from options given. And came out more than 5 dollars close to 7..I love there cream filled balls .but I can't believe the price way to high
