This restaurant is a disaster.
I ordered in the app and chose to go inside to pick up my order. When I arrived they told me they were out of soft shell and hard shells and that my entire order couldn’t be made. They then told me I had to cancel the already paid for order on my own and offered no way to assist with getting refunded. As mentioned by others, there is no way to contact the store to get a resolution.
Worst tacobell I've been too and the only place where an online order 10 minutes in advance somehow makes your food take longer. Dumpster area smells heavily of weed cause smoking is apparently more important than helping customers (I work at a darn dispensary and I have more self control). Food is somehow always worse than expected and sometimes they just have noticeably different ingredients, as though they ran out and just bought stuff from Walmart. And lastly they are always understaffed, not much to add here I feel bad for the workers and the managers need to get a grip.
I applaud the managers and workers that had to deal with a young girl coming in screaming and cussing and then deal with the the girls mother who wasn't in the car to know what happened. This girl screamed and cussed the crew out for nothing and mother comes in and argued not knowing what actually happened. The managers did an amazing job dealing with this situation. Not a lot of people understand that fast food places go through a lot and are expected to keep a positive mind even after the most. So great job taco bell managers and employees for dealing with this Karen and Karen jr.
Got the chips and cheese and the cheese tasted straight like chemicals y’all gotta check it
I love how they make your food when you order it. It comes fresh and hot every time and not too bad on the pockets.
Drive thru was fast and accurate.
