Waited 20 minutes in line. Got up to the window and ask if I could add a Mountain Dew to my order. The guy at the window, heavy set guy with classes with a real soft voice. Kind of looked like a stud. Told me that I can’t add it to my order. Then told me I had to pull back around to wait back in line to get a Mountain Dew. He then closed the window in my face and wouldn’t open it. Food is always ok. Service is trash and they are all rude.

This place takes too long to order and receive your food.

Rude employees and the place is dirty. Not to mention they always mess up our order.

Employees don't acknowledge that you're even there, not a single employee has any sense of urgency

Horrible!!! The cooks disappeared with gloves on then came back with the same gloves on making food. Will never go back.

We've tried every way possible to let them succeed. The last order we placed was missing 2 of the 5 food items we ordered. It seems no matter what time of day or ordering method the order is never correct.

It's been a while but the crunchwrap supreme has got me hooked. I like mine with beans & seasoned rice.
