There lucky to get 1 star. My order was wrong, and I didn't get my entire order. I tried to call, and no one would answer, but I bet their cellphone didn't go unanswered. I couldn't leave a message, so I went online to fill out the form. I still haven't heard back from anyone tired of giving my money away. I work too hard for it so that was the last time I'll ever pull into taxco bell because once they got there money they could care less about you and this isn't the 1st issue from taco bell so if I owned the location I would close the door. Never Never will I go back. Vince 30 plus years a Delhi township Resident, $18.00 for 2 people and I didn't get my order and why drive back I'm home now I either eat what I have or eat cold food after I go wait in line for ever to get my correct order just done with it
All this location ever does is screw up food ESPECIALLY DoorDash/uber eats orders. It’s an absolute joke
Very short staffed. But the employees that were there were very polite.

Went the the drive thru to order , after reaching the window I ask the young lady did what I order come in a meal. The young lady was so rude by over talking me & trying to Inform me that I didn't order a meal. That she didn't understand what I was asking. I just gave up and pulled off...just hand me my bag!!!
They make incomplete orders and do not read the simplistic online orders!!!!!! No ice means no ice!!!!!!
They are very slow and the food is not that good. So pretty much not worth it!!!!!! Never cared for this taco bell!!!!!!!!
We have been to the drive thru multiple times and the staff forgets parts of our order every single time. Tonight we got the luxe cravings box and we're missing 2 of the items form each of the boxes we ordered. On top of that, the cases were supposed to come with a 5 layer burrito and we received a bean and cheese burrito instead. The staff member was not friendly and barely even looked at us when we came to the window. We tried to call the store and the line was "offline". On the plus side is that they gave us 15 packets of mild sauce.
Went to Taco Bell after a long day of packing up getting ready to move to get something to eat received half my order then called up six different times to get a hold of anybody and when I finally got a hold of somebody, they told me that I needed to wait until the morning to Call and talk to the GM and then hung up on me before I can give an answer that I didn’t receive my food. I was just coming back to get it when I return to the store to get my food to stop extremely rude. It was extremely disorganized and altogether. It was just nasty atmosphere. People were waiting 25+ minutes for their food , which is ridiculous. I’ll drive the extra time to go to a Taco Bell before I ever return to this one.
Sad that when you ask if they are open you get the response of you have only been here 11 seconds like it was an issue that we did not realize they were open with no cars in the lot. Not very good customer service. As well as a few night's ago we watched an employee chase a customer to the lot and try to engage in a physical fight. Do better TACO BELL. You are located in a decent area so hire decent people, if not close your location.
