Taco Bell Cantina

The kitchen staff is rude and incompetent in terms of customer service. I stood in line for 5 minutes waiting for a staff member to take my order, while I watched two employees in the back prepare online orders. Both employees looked at me and continued making orders. So, after about 6 minutes, I walked to the back window and asked one of them, "is anyone taking orders?" He said, "No, " and proceeded to go back to making tacos. I then asked him, "Why would you just watch me stand in line and say nothing?" His response, looking at me and continuing to make tacos. Before I wrote this, I read in a review pertaining to this particular place that the kitchen staff seem prejudice, I'm not sure, but I do know that they are incompetent and dismissive. And I'm glad I didn't waste my money today contributing to their establishment or their paychecks. I won't be back and I'd give zero stars if Google didn't force me to provide one.

Had my good taken but the manager was nice and remade it. Though it is hard to hear names as they YELL over the intercom.

This place sucks. Takes hours to get your food and isn’t nice when you so about your order. You would think they’d prepare for being busy at night but instead they are rude to you

Imagine getting ID that Taco Bell when you tried to place an online order. That happened to us tonight and this guy refused to give us our order because we apparently went the guy even though we had an order number and pure evidence that we actually had the order on the screen, terrible terrible terrible

The blonde woman with the hat was extremely rude to everyone in the store. Claiming that we are making an extreme mess and coming up to our face, even though we had never gotten our food. We were not even being a disturbance

I don't wanna tacoabout it but that burrito crawled back into my colon and had taco babies I'm now a single father of 3 tacos please help

The restaurant kitchen seems a bit prejudice and the attitudes of kitchen is unfortunately not great towards customers. Sophia is nice and good at her job but the kitchen staff mostly are rude.
