I was shocked that 6 tacos a couple of teaspoons of beans and of rice cost over $30.00 for lunch for 2 people. I could have gone to a nice eat in resturant and had larger.portions and better tacos for a few dollars more. It also cost us $3 more to have tomatoes and sour cream on our tacos. Unlikely I will ever eat here again. On the plus side, the cashier was friendly, and the place was mostly clean and had a large parking lot.
The difference from the photo to what I got should be criminal. 7 crunched up chips. Wife got chicken enchiladas and there was no sauce, just chicken and rice. Every time the order is messed up.
Poor management. Manager Sarah Pace is yelling at employees and using explicit language. Order took 20 + minutes to get to me. Locked lobby doors before 8pm and with people still inside . Missing whole items on order making pay for it twice .
The food is never good and the staff is not helpful at all. It’s a bummer because I love Taco Bell.
The team seemed a little thinned out this evening. The service that I did get from the only employee that was available was pleasant. I decided to order from the kiosk, because there wasn't someone there to take my order for a considerable amount of time. The next customers did the same thing.
Food was great! Drive thru a little challenging tho. Parking: Parking has plenty of space. I did go through drive thru and have to say it was kinda hard to figure out. I had not been to the Taco bell in Boonville before and the drive thru could use some kind of markers or something to show where to go.
