Never answer the phone and take forever plus constantly forget to give the drink. Tried to cancel order online but there was no option and no one even picks up the phone.
Stopped selling breakfast, not going anymore. Whats the point in even living now?

I never write reviews but my experience here was worth the negative review. We placed a pick up order and I had to circle the line twice and still never received our food. Fast food shouldn’t take 2 hours, poor management. I will never come back.
Drove through at about 11PM on a Monday night and received prompt, professional service.
I literally thought these Restrooms would be clean since Guests have to ask Permission to use them. Nope. Food is good. Touch Screens to Order should be Wiped Down they look dirty as soon as you walk in. This restaurant looks like a better drive thru option vs dine in.
Potato soft taco has always been my go-to quick fix when I'm needing to put something on my stomach an it costing no more than a dollar is simply a plus 😁
This Taco Bell in Baton Rouge is top notch. Very friendly service, and food was very good

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Wednesday morning, May 22, at 1:12am I pulled in the drive through. When I pulled up to the window they were ONLY taking exact cash. And apparently had no cash in the drawer either when I asked if they had change for a $100. When I pulled around to ask questions. I noticed the Mercedes in front of me around 1:17am had tapped her phone and used Apple Pay. The man gave her receipt and she left with her food. WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS. I pulled up and the black lady in colorful clothes came to the window. Not even in uniform. I asked what was going on because I just saw the lady in front of me use Apple Pay. The black lady said to me that I don’t know what I saw and that it’s not working. Basically cussing at me and telling me that I am wrong. When I just wanted to order food. She was not friendly or respectful. Absolutely rude. Then everyone walked to the back and left me sitting at the window for 25 minutes and never came back. With 7 people behind me waiting in line. I left at 1:35am because of the line forming behind me.
