Taco Bell

Absolute horrible experience, went through drive threw today, ordered a popcorn chicken combo with gravy, and cheese gordilla crunch combo upsized to a fry supreme. After I get back to work I realized I had recieved another customers order!!!! So I called the store and spoke to a female manager (Indian lady) and spoke to her about my order. She told me to come back and they will make it right, I even asked her if she wanted me to return the meal i was given or bring the receipt. She replied with no its ok. So I het back in my car and drive back to the location, I walked into the factual store and spoke with the lady I had spoken to on the phone. I told her the order and she told me she would make it right away. I also indicated that this isn't the first time it has happened and last time the regional manager (Tabitha) reached out to me. After a few minutes my order had not been rectified and I can hear indian women in the back arguing. A woman comes around the corner and asks if I am the person waiting on the mistake order I indicated yes. She tells me my car had never gone through take out, I asked if she was a manager she said no she was an employee. This is the lady that couldn't take accountability for taking my order wrong and handed me the bag! Then the lady I talked to on the phone appears and says she has to speak to her manager on the phone, and admits she's not a manager after telling me she's a Manger and now won't take accountability for her employees. Needless to say I was told to bring my receipt and wasted $27 dollars and my lunch arguing with women who dont speak or understand English. My family eats taco bell usually once every 2 weeks. They just lost my business period. Do not order from this store or any soul foods location. I just seen a video on social media from the store I ordered kicking kitchen equipment around on the floor like a soccer game.

Food was horrible.Asked for Beef burrito and got bean burritos.Cinnamon twist tasted burnt like they were fried with onion rings or something.Ended up eating the fries and throwing the rest out.Paid 33$ for two people and basically only got a large drink and fries each that were edible .

Ordered the crunch wrap supreme. Immediately there is an awful taste like no other taco bell. The ingredients they used were not fresh (or sitting all day). Whatever caused that foul taste needs to be addressed (how the food is handled and stored). Popcorn chicken was also stale. Do not go here. It is not consistent with other locations. Waste of $25!

This has to be the worst run fast food place in Barrie. Absolute zero service. Stand there for 20 minutes and nobody is at the register. The girl tends to Uber orders and ignores everyone in the store like we don’t exist. Never going there again

Disgustingly dirty store. Garbage overflowing and wasn’t busy. Tables not cleaned

Parking: Very little parking spaces only about 10. Not enough for a busy place like this.

Ordered at Drive-thru during dinner time on a Sunday. The girl taking the order seemed so disinterested, asked me to repeat my order multiple times, and then still managed to get it wrong. The food we did get was COLD on top of being wrong. Not worth it at all. If i could give negative stars, i would. I wasn’t expecting for it to be fine dining, it’s Taco Bell lol! But i WAS expecting my order to be correct and hot. Unreal.

I’ve tried to be patient but the orders are made wrong every time. Beef burrito missing rice and chipotle sauce. Steak quesadilla jammed in the packaging and literally half the size of what it should be. The staff are so pleasant and fast to hand out in the drive thru but the food is just never the quality you expect. Don’t bother with this location and stick to the Barrie south location for your TB fix.
