One car Infront of me and they asked me to wait at order screen was in line for 2 cars for 12 mins dinning room was closed

EDITED FROM REVIEW 9MONTHS AGO (JUNE 2023) to no being March 2024 10/10 complete 180 from 9 months ago my food is complicated (sorry staff) but it's ALWAYS right these days, bag packed well, food made per request, and its worth it everytime, I hate ordering out, but will spend the money on my taco bell order. Seriously good job to the current team! This was ridiculous, I understand staffing issues and I understand sometimes things happen, but sitting in the drive thru with 6 other cars for 35 minutes is ridiculous. Soemthing should have been done or said to give customers a heads up orders would take this long.

paid extra for sour cream. they forgot my sour cream. also forgot my drinks

I was overcharged on my debit card for a meal that I purchased. There was no resolution & no one responded back to about refunding my money. Im disappointed because cashiers should be properly trained to ring up the orders from the driveway properly. Im not understanding how 2 cheese roll ups, one rice/bean burrito & one spicy potato taco could cost $17.37. I wont be returning
