They always forget to put something in the bag and I have to go back prices are to high .
Got an item wrong. Was correct on the screen. I feel like they either purposely messed it up because I did not round up the total and donate to some cause and putting something I asked not to be on a burrito was out of spite, or they are just incompetent. Threw the food out. Sucks when it used to cost $1 and paying nearly $3 for an incorrect burrito.
Everything is actually fine, the only reason for giving atmosphere 2* is due to they don't provide a bathroom, even to the customers. It has been locked every time
I went to pick up a mobile order today, 1/31/24. I placed the order 10 minutes before leaving my house. I arrived at the location, waited 10 minutes before a lady said "we'll be right with you!" 20 minutes later I was still standing there.... The door bell rang. The chubby lady making the food said, "that's just the same guy walking in and out." There were 3 other customers behind me. Will never go back.
The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the drive-thru person was polite. However, my food was terrible, cold and to charge me 90 cents for what you would consider extra sour cream ? For that price you couldn't have filled the cup up seriously. Will never go back to this Taco Bell again!!
