Literally meaning “swish-swish,” shabu-shabu features healthy high quality meat, seafood, and vegetables swirled and cooked in one of our four house made broths and eaten with a dipping sauce. At Tabu Shabu, diners choose from four broth bases: seaweed dashi, spicy miso, tonkotsu pork, and sukiyaki. Prime Ribeye and Natural Ribeyes, Waygu Short Rib and Wagyu Beef Belly are just some of our specially selected meats. We also offer Korubuto Pork, lamb, free-range natural chicken, sashimi grade Scottish Salmon and large white shrimp. Every meal is served with a large plate of fresh vegetables, rice and your choice of noodles.
